Frequently Asked Questions

Built for schools.

What is Radiance?

Radiance helps gamer-oriented students align to real career paths and begin making progress toward them — using the esports lab you already have. Students choose paths they care about, build skill decks connected to real jobs, and see how learning translates into something tangible.

Who is Radiance for?

Radiance is for schools and school-run programs that operate esports labs or structured gaming environments. This includes middle schools, high schools, colleges, CTE programs, and online or hybrid charter schools.

Do you offer a consumer or parent version?

No. Radiance is licensed to schools and school-run programs only. We do not offer individual, parent-paid, or consumer subscriptions.

How does a student get access to Radiance?

Students access Radiance through their school when the school adopts the platform. If a school does not currently offer Radiance, students and families can request it through their school or district. Some online and hybrid charter schools also include Radiance as part of their program.

What if my school doesn’t have Radiance?

Radiance is only available at participating schools. Students and families may request adoption through their school or explore online or hybrid charter schools that support Radiance.

How much does Radiance cost?

$1,500 per month for a school-wide license. For example, a school rotating 150 students through its esports lab over a year pays about $10 per student per year.

What about privacy and compliance?

Radiance is designed for school use and supports FERPA and COPPA requirements. The School Edition includes school-level controls, reporting, and data protections, and we work with districts during procurement and privacy review as part of adoption.

Is Radiance in beta?

Yes, Radiance is currently in beta.

This means the platform is actively being developed and refined based on real-world school use. Features may evolve over time as we continue improving performance, stability, and usability in partnership with participating schools.
